Vrogum use the natural choice of wood combined with energy efficient glass to provide specialist high performance windows and doors.

For centuries wood has been the preferred choice for the production of windows and doors. There are a lot of reasons for that. Wood is:

• nature's own material
• living
• lasting
• beautiful

Vrogum is only using wood from sustainable forestry, i.e. wood being replanted, and thus it stays a constant natural ressource without putting a strain on the environment and future generations.

The basic function of the glass is to let daylight in and protect against wind and weather. In the latest decades the technological development of the glass has given us access to functional glass.

By means of functional glass we are able to control the energy comsumption effectively and at the same time the glass lives up to the high requirements for silence, safety, security and sunprotection.
